Diane Salhoff is originally from Olean, NY where she performed as a lead singer. Diane and Jim met when she joined his band in New York. Diane comes from a talented family of musicians and vocalist, including one member who was an opera singer. Her love for music started at a young age when she became involved in drama and chorus which is where she developed her passion for harmonies.
Gifted with a strong, rich and soulful voice, this New York native can move the soul of an audience with her emotion and energy on stage. Diane has a unique versatile voice that allows her to sing songs from Bob Seger to Trisha Yearwood and Patsy Cline. She says “I love entertaining, it is very rewarding to see people having fun, smiling, dancing and enjoying themselves".
Diane's influences include: Pat Benetar, Linda Ronstadt, the Beatles, 70-80's rock and her high school music teacher, Mrs. Hefti.

Jimmy (The Juice) Salhoff is originally from Fredonia, NY then moved to Allegheny where he performed as a drummer/vocalist with various bands in that area. He met Diane when she became a singer in his band and they were married shortly after. Jim has been singing and playing drums since his early teens and has also become an accomplished guitarist/songwriter. He says, "Sound Investment is an extraordinary vocal group with a common goal to please the audience, create a unique sound, to enjoy themselves and have fun".
Jim's influences include: His parents, Bill and JoAnn, The FABULOUS Beatles!!!!, all 60's era music, KISS, Led Zeppelin, Heart, Moon Martin, Cliff Richard, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Sweet, Rachael Sweet and so many 70-80's bands.

Robert Hosfeld is originally from Philadelphia, Pa. where he performed as a lead vocalist with some of that area's finest musicians. Robert takes a lot of pride in connecting with the audience and feels a good performance is about feeling the mood in the room, knowing instinctively what will get people on the dance floor. He says, "Sound Investment is full of talent, personality and an appreciation for one another that was obvious from the very first practice". Robert is an experienced professional with a rich baritone voice who projects versatility, style and delivers HOT vocals from the 40's through the present.
